A specter...and as you read this research you
must remember that the magnitude of this problem
did not just start, but has been going on
in this country for several decades now. I have been
researching and concerned about the problem
for thirty plus years, and each year it shocks
me that it gets worse...and president after
president...congress after congress does virtually
nothing. It is in fact covered up, and
people like me that want to expose the can of worms
are portrayed as trouble makers and not good Americans (period) I hope that this work
can be used to help others that need statistics to add to their reports, grants and program
research to help their efforts to do more to help children and youth in need.
